7:3

[bbe]And of the birds of the air, seven males and seven females, so that their seed may still be living on the face of the earth.

7:4
[cuvs]因为再过七天，我要降雨在地上四十昼夜，把我所造的各种活物，都从地上除灭。

[bbe]For after seven days I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, for the destruction of every living thing which I have made on the face of the earth.
[kjv]For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
7:5
[cuvs]挪亚就遵着耶和华所吩咐的行了。

[bbe]And Noah did everything which the Lord said he was to do.

7:12

[bbe]Male and female of all flesh went in, as God had said, and the ark was shut by the Lord.

7:17

[bbe]And for forty days the waters were over all the earth; and the waters were increased so that the ark was lifted up high over the earth.

[kjv]And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.
