[bbe]In my Father's house are rooms enough; if it was not so, would I have said that I am going to make ready a place for you?

14:3
[cuvs]我若去为你们预备了地方，就必再来接你们到我那里去，我在那里，叫你们也在那里。

[bbe]And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to be with me, so that you may be where I am.

[bbe]Thomas said, Lord, we have no knowledge of where you are going; how may we have knowledge of the way?

[bbe]Jesus said to him, Philip, have I been with you all this time, and still you have no knowledge of me? He who has seen me has seen the Father. Why do you say, Let us see the Father?
[kjv]Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

[kjv]Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

[bbe]Keep in mind how I said to you, I go away and come to you again. If you had love for me you would be glad, because I am going to the Father: for the Father is greater than I.

[bbe]But he comes so that the world may see that I have love for the Father, and that I am doing as I am ordered by the Father. Get up, and let us go.
